The MOGASEGA 516 is the most important and the most revolutionary innovation of these last ten years in the sphere of cutting and slicing Granite, Marble and other stone.

The MOGASEGA 516 gives outstanding results with lower management and production costs than other existing cutting machines.

The MOGASEGA 516 uses much less energy [75 H.P) for an output 3 to 5 times superior to that of the old cutting systems (single blade, large discs.)

An innovation...

The great novelty of this cutting machine is its steel disc, 5 metres in diameter !!

This disc has diamond segments which enables it to cut Granite, Marble and other stones.

The circular movement of the disc is powered by 2 electric motors, each one of 25 HP, and an original system of drive wheels.

For guiding the ring laterally there are special anti-friction pads which guarantee a maximum of rigidity in the cutting area. This procedure ensures greater precision in cutting and the ability to cut more finely.

A structure...

The MOGASEGA 516 consists of a robust mechani- cally soldered unit and a reinforced frame for the tool carriage.This structure gives the maximum of rigidity to the MOGASEGA 516 and contributes to its low level of noise when in operation.

A technology...

The electronic speed control allows for a regular and powerful cutting movement even at very low speeds.

Furthermore, the MOGASEGA 516, its automaton linked to its motors which are capable of working at very low speed, guarantees complete flexibility of use and an exceptional cutting margin for slices from 1 to 30 centimetres thick !!

Loading and placing the stone blocks on the carriage, as well as unloading at the end of the operation, is very rapid and takes very little time.

This characteristic enables the immediate follow up to special requests, even for a single slab, and the replacement of the block back in stock without increasing the number of unsold slabs in readycut thicknesses.

The modest cost of installation...

Only 60 square metres are needed for the MOGASEGA 516 and its stone-carrying trolley. The civil engineering is much reduced.
